These terms apply to the Topdeck Duel mobile application, developed by One Ink Studio as a freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
Jailbreaking & Rooting Warning
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions remove OS-imposed security restrictions, exposing your device to malware and other threats, and may cause the Application to malfunction or stop working entirely.

Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted data allowances.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms still apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming charges if used outside your home region. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

The Service Provider may release updates to the Application. Continued use may require downloading these updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all operating system versions.
